    Hi, to use Python 3.8 without changing the default version (after making sure it is installed), go to the terminal, and type Python3.8 instead of just Python to use the specific version of Python.

    ~$ python3.8

    Python 3.8.5 (default, Jul 28 2020, 12:59:40)
